Since joining the company, Christa has taken on the role of Director of Architecture, managing the overall coordination, scheduling and assignment of all projects in the office. Aside from managing project assignments, Christa also leads several large design/construction efforts. Having a single person to assign projects to architects based on availability and workload has allowed CWA, Inc. to match the best people with the particular project.
